Management and Maintaining
A high level of management and maintenance will result in longer life span or you property as well as a pleasant stay. We can map the quality of your current property through a condition/baseline measurement. This applies to the state of building and the state of the installations attached to the building. If desired or necessary this is also possible on the basis of the NEN-2767. Based on the maintenance inspection we draft a multi-annual plan for your property. The vision and the policy of the client will also be taken into account. We can also provide advise on the multi-annual plan.

Technical VvE-Management

If desired or necessary this is also possible on the basis of the NEN-2767. Based on the maintenance inspection we draft a multi-annual plan for your property. The financial possibilities of the VvE will be taken into account. When necessary, Guldemeester BV can draft several maintenance scenarios. Also, we can realize the advise of the multi-annual plan. Guldemeester BV can serve you with the daily technical management such as complaints, disturbances and requests. We carry out the aforementioned activities commissioned by the VvE managers as well directly for a VvE.

Building Report
A building report is indispensable in managing properties. There are numerous aspects such as building details in general, revision drawings and details, maintenance contracts, (legal) inspections, certificates, licenses, users guides, risk assessments and multi-annual plans. All these details need to be successfully managed and easy to access. The way this administrative system is set up depends on the size of the building(s). Guldemeester BV can advise you on the construction, the carry out and management of a valuable building report.
Digitalises Of The Buildings
Drawings of existing properties are often only available as hardcopy or not available at all. Updated versions of the property should be keep, and often hardcopy files may not provide one with the adaptations made to a property in order to fulfil the present needs and requirements of the user. There are many reasons imaginable why current plans, facades, and/or sections are needed:
- Renovation and/or construction;
- Environmental permits;
- Building dossier;
- Space overview;
- Daily management;
- Evacuation plan;
- Legionella management;
- Etc.
The starting point is up to date records of the existing condition. Guldemeester BV will work on location to process the data in AutoCad. Digital drawings are therefore indispensable.
